Recurrent Bilateral Spontaneous Pneumothorax Complicating Chemotherapy for Metastatic Sarcoma
We present the case of a 63-year-old woman with metastatic, high-grade pleomorphic sarcoma who had recurrent, bilateral pneumothorax while on a regimen of doxorubicin and dacarbazine.
