Polyarteritis Nodosa Presenting with Splenic Infarction, Bilateral Renal Infarction, and Hematoma

Abstract:Polyarteritis nodosa (PAN) is a necrotizing vasculitis and may affect multiple organ systems. Due to the rupture of microaneurysms, perirenal hematomas may occur in both kidneys.
