Streptococcus pneumoniae Septic Arthritis Complicating Hip Osteonecrosis in Adults: Case Report and Review of the Literature
A 42-year-old patient presented acutely with bacteremic pneumococcal pneumonia along with metastatic pneumococcal infection of the hip joint.
